Returns & Exchanges

All CASTDesignz varsity jackets are custom embroidered and personalized specifically for each customer.

Because these items are made to order, all sales are final once customization has begun.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, misspelled names submitted by customers, or changes of preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an embroidery error made by CASTDesignz, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

We take pride in providing quality embroidery and customer satisfaction.
